Whether you need help learning about building credit, advice in what to look for in a property, or how to negotiate with the seller, this course will easily guide you through the process.
2. Acquiring the right contacts: In this session, we will sit down with you to make sure you have the resources you need to get in touch with contacts you need to know in the real estate business. We will put you in touch with contractors, real estate agents, plumbers, electricians, lawyers, credit counselors, etc...
3. Help when you're Ready to Buy: After you complete the steps necessary and are ready to purchase your property, we will join you on-site to help with the negotiation process, provide our expert feedback, and answer any questions you may have along the way.
